Versant (Davis & Superior) and Avesis use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to login to their respective web portals.
In order to verify eligibility and benefits in Anagram, we'll need to provision a new user in your web portal account. This user will have a unique email and username that's specific for Anagram to complete the MFA process.
We'll provision this user for you. We simply need the following information to do so:
Your office Tax ID
Your Office ID (with the respective payer)
