Create a VERSANT User
From the Versant homepage, enter in an existing email to access the new Versant portal. From there, click on ‘No Account? Create One' and enter in the ANAGRAM generated email from the password vault.
The password will be the ANAGRAM generated password from the password vault. All other information will be your office information.
Create an AVESIS User
Step 1: Create a new User for our system by clicking on CREATE A NEW LOGIN ACCOUNT
Step 2: Click on Healthcare Professionals on the account you need:
Step 3 : Enter in the email address generated in the password vault
The same email address will be listed under CONFIRM email address. Click on NEXT
Step 4: Enter in all the required information on this page: Please let us know if you use any other information beside what is provided. Click NEXT
Step 5; Enter all of the required business information on this page. Click NEXT
Step 6: Enter the TAX ID and PROVIDER NPI. Click NEXT
Step 7: Click on I AGREE and then CREATE LOGIN ACCOUNT
When this all done, click on ‘Complete Setup’ in the password vault and it’ll update to active.
Create an EyeMed User
From the EyeMed homepage, you'll want to click on Create Users
The username associated must start with EM and be no more than 10 characters
